Stretching: 6 days

Same Paleo, same number of workouts (over less days), MORE stretching and ran again! Happy with this week. Run was a little slower but I’m ok with that because I have a running partner now :) Gonna be swimming a little more because I’m entered in a competition on the 17th of June so we’ll see how I go with that…
