I’ll admit, I’ve been a little apprehensive about posting this.
Part of the major conversation I had with my boyfriend about CrossFit the other night was simply; what do I want from this? What do I want to get out of CrossFit?
Without going into details, it turns out I need some goals. I’m settling into WODs pretty well, and as much as I set myself goals every day that I go in (PBing, going Rxd, red boxing), I need more long term goals.
I’m still finalising my strength goals (definitely something I need to work on) but the major one in my mind (and the one I kind of worked out a plan for) is;
To be able to do a strict muscle-up by January 1st 2013
Ok. So that’s out there.
